Group presentations reflection

Image
Victoria Rodriguez Reflection on presentations For the start of the semester, professor Sinkoff and class leaders Andrea and Monica divided the class into three groups and assigned each group a chapter from the class book. Each group had to create a presentation based off the chapter they received. I feel that this was a well-formed assignment as we each decided how to divide sections of the chapters among each other and communicated well to perform this task. From the three groups I was in the last group which presented Group Leadership and Problem Solving.

Group Project Reflection

My name is Anthony Menendez, and I will be reviewing a set of group presentations. The presentations are split up into three groups. Not only will I be reviewing the groups performances, but I will also be stating about additional items that they put into their presentation. Items will include, videos, and pictures. Additionally, I will also compare each group when reviewing each one of them. Also, I won't be hard on each group as this was our first project. I will treat this as a "learning moment." Group 1 was the first to perform, so I won't be as hard on them. While group 1 had nice visuals in their presentation, first, I'd like to talk about their performance. Group 1's performance had flaws, but it's hard to get on them as, this was our first presentation, and we're also presenting from home. When you listened to group 1's presentation, it was obvious that they were reading directly from the powerpoint. While, not all the group members did thi...

Last week the whole class made a presentation about communication and groups. We were divided into three groups. The first group was about (Intercultural Communication), the second one was about (Communication in groups) and the third one (Group leadership and Problem Solving). I was in the last group.  My experience was really good, I am really inspired and supporter of the actual fact that now in this society are allow different beliefs, different ways of people expressing themselves. Also, people now have different religions, the best part of it is that are respected, back in the days they weren’t, actually, my family believes in GOD, another thing that I loved about the first group is that other generations have different cultures ...

All the information presented was easily understandable and very good presented. They explain each part and everything else clearly, the videos that they put in each section were really educational. In my opinion I really liked how they maintained on what their topic was plus their sources were reliable. On the other hand they did well but also like there were a few of them that they just repeated too many ...

Group Presentation Reflection

Camila Perez Presentation Reflection     For our first assignment of the semester, the class was divided amongst three groups and every group was given a chapter based on the professors Sinkoff choice. We were asked to create a presentation based on the chapter that you received, we had complete creative freedom, no rubric was placed for this assignment. It was an interesting assignment as we all had so much freedom in how we chose to pursue the project. The three chapters presented were 3, 9, and 10. Based on the three presentations there where many details that I noticed as an audience and as a presenter myself.

SPC Presentations Review

Emanuelle Guillemi Speech Group Presentations Review          During our SPC class, the class was divided intro groups in order to create presentations discussing details on the three chapters assigned to us: chapters 3, 9, and 10. Each one of the groups divided sections within the chapter between themselves so that every group member was able to present their project.   Group One          This was the first group to present and between you and me, I was not feeling that energized that morning, but I was pushing through it to watch the presentation. I really enjoyed how the group conveyed their thoughts with everybody, though there times where the presentation dragged on due to a large video. I was honestly expecting there to be difficulties throughout the presentation, but it was very good to see that it went very smoothly without any issues. If there were fewer videos in the presentation, I thought it would have be...

Melvyn Parra 9 / 24 / 2020 Presentations Blog                 For Speech class at Miami Dade College we were in charge of reading a chapter assigned to us and make a presentation on that chapter that we would then present to our class. Group 1 was in charge of reading Chapter 3 ( Intercultural Communication ), Group 2 was in charge of reading chapter 9 ( Communicating In Groups ) , and Group 3 (my group) was in charge of reading chapter 10 ( Group Leadership And Problem Solving ). Each group split up each chapter equally and gave it to their members and with that many presentations were made. Group 1                  The first group to present all year so I was not expecting much. It was really early in the Monday morning and I was h...
